Diesel Engines

• Diesel engines are well-known brands from Europe, America, Japan and Korea. 4-stroke, water-cooled type, multi-cylinders, vertical in-line type, direct fuel injection and turbo- charged. Configurations conform to such up-to-date standards as: NEMA, DIN, IEEE, JIS, ISO AND CNS. Fuel used is China Petroleum Company's high grade oil.

Diesel Engine Features

Cooling System

Includes water pump, ventilator, thermostat and radiator etc. Engine driven water pump and fixed type radiator cooling. Contains high water temperature safety device

Motor Starting

12V or 24V battery startup type. Battery capacity can start consecutively 3 and more times

Lubrication System

Engine driven displacement gear type lubricating oil pump. Lubricates rods, cylinders and pistons. Contains low oil pressure safety device

Aspiration System

Naturally aspirated or Turbo-charged. Dry air filter mounted

Exhaust System

Includes exhaust manifold. Flexible metal pipe and exhaust silencer/muffler for noise reduction

Fuel System

Fuel in/out pipe and diesel oil filter system

Governor System

Mechanical or electrical type governor. Depending on no-load to full-load speed/velocity variation is within +/- 1%

Protection System

Contains protections for low oil pressure, high water temperatur, overspeed and start/stop controls
